SHRINK FILM LABEL
Conception :Heat shrinkable film label is a film label printed on plastic film or plastic tube using special ink. During the labeling process, when heated (about 70℃), the shrinkable label will quickly follow the outer contour of the container. Shrink and stick to the surface of the container. Heat shrinkable film labels mainly include shrink sleeve labels and shrink wrap labels.
Material: Shrink wrap labels are usually made of PP film. Since the shrinkage rate of PP film is not high, generally within 20%, it is more appropriate to use hot melt adhesive when labeling. If solvent-based adhesive is used, it may cause wrinkles in the PP film. Due to the high shrinkage temperature of PP film, hot air is mainly used for heat treatment, which can reach higher temperatures than steam heating.
